Prospective tenants may opt in to receive SMS messages from Renting Freedom LLC by scheduling a tour for a specific rental property.

During the booking process, the prospect selects a property, chooses a tour date and time, and enters their name, email address, and phone number. Before submitting the tour request by clicking “Book tour,” the booking page displays SMS consent language explaining that the prospect agrees to receive recurring SMS messages from Renting Freedom LLC related to the rental inquiry.

These messages may include property information, tour scheduling, appointment confirmations, tour access instructions, and application follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Prospects may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of renting or applying for any property.
